Japan call for nurses
- Proposal to send 15000 caregivers from Manipur

The Manipur health department is examining a proposal made by Japan for providing trained nurses from the state.
Official sources said the Japanese embassy recently made a proposal to chief minister Okram Ibobi Singh to send 15,000 trained nurses for working in Japanese hospitals and he has instructed health department officials to examine the feasibility of the proposal.
