About the Artwork:
Vulnerability is more in a conflict torn region where small children are trafficked very often with the false promise of providing free education outside the State. Minor girls are often sexually abused and subjugated to extreme condition where freedom became limited and the self courage to fight for an equitable life dwindled with every passing day. State machinery has been on the rescue run with collective efforts from destination State authorities.
Manipur has witnessed rescuing of Adolescent girls trafficked to Malaysia with false promise of proving lucrative job in the past. Going deep into the life of a trafficked person, the trauma and subjugation face by them is beyond imagination and it is believed that the rehabilitation process of a trafficked person needs special attention and expert inputs in leading a normal life.
About the Artist:
I am working as a "self taught, digital art, I illustrated my own idea on what's happening in our state in Manipur, North Eastern Side of India.
