Groups start to gather data on fake killings
The Telegraph | Imphal, July 28:
Two human rights organisations in Manipur have started collecting detailed information of 1,528 cases of alleged fake encounter killings after the Supreme Court asked them to provide the information by September.
The Extra-Judicial Execution Victim Families Association Manipur and the Human Rights Alert Manipur have opened a joint temporary information-collection centre at the office of the All Manipur Bar Association here for relatives of the victims to provide details.
