7-Day basic course in news reporting at Senapati and Ukhrul

Applications on plain paper are invited from candidates desirous of undergoing training during a "7 -Day basic course in news reporting" under the State Institute of Journalism of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations which will be conducted from second week of September at the district headquarters of Senapati and Ukhrul.
Eligible qualifications for the course is graduate for fresh candidates and preference will be given to working journalists.
Number of seats is 20 only and selection will be done on first come first basis.
Selected candidate have to deposit a course fee of Rs 300 by cash at the respective District Information Office.
Interested candidates may submit their application along with attested copies of educational certificates/documents and 2 recent passport size photographs to the District Information Officer concerned on or before September 14, said a statement issued by the Directorate.
