Condemn inhumane act of mob by Bengalureans locals
4th February, 2016:
The Thadou Students’ Association, Bengaluru (TSA-B) vehemently condemn the inhumane act of the mob, allegedly comprising the Bengalureans locals, for severely beating, stripping and parading naked to a 21 year old, BBA student at Acharya College from Tanzania in Ganapathinagar, Bengaluru area, on the 31st January, 2016. Also, conveyed our deepest condolence to the bereaved soul in the accident.
We strongly against the action of the mob for attacking them just because they are being alike/similar with the Sudanese, who hit-to-dead a local pedestrian man before they were attacked.
A statement made by the Sri. G. Parmeshwara, Home Minister of Karnataka today that “it was not a racist attacked”, “the women was not naked, stripped, paraded naked”, etc. is an unfounded statement and irrational as the continued attacked is a result for they are being different by their looks, which is termed to be a racist attacked. This kind of continued attacked didn’t ever happened anywhere in the world when any accident occurred even to the family/similar face structure.
The delayed in the filing of the complaint is also one of the uncivilized act of the city police. The reasons to file an FIR is to bring the attackers as required by the police is also unlawful. But, shows the unequal treatment given by the police to everyone and is also an indication of racism.
The nuisance atmosphere of Bengaluru is an attacked to all the non-locals by the localities in the past few years. The government, so far, have not taken-up any strict measure to ensure for the safety of all the non-locals of Namma Bengaluru. Nevertheless, assigned a Retd. DCP Sri. D’Souza as a nodal officer for the North East people of India.
In spite of all repetitive attempts since its inception by our esteemed organization to the localites for harmony in the city such as-community policing, local & non-local meeting, etc. peaceful co-existence for the people living in the city is still like a dream.
Therefore, we once again appeal to the people of Namma Bengaluru to strongly condemn any elements who had spoiled the environment of the city and work together with the non-locals for restoring the previous time Bengaluru. And, the Govt. of Karnataka to take necessary steps/measures in the future so that such delayed filing of case, unwilling to register the case, insecure environment, etc. will not be the feeling of all caste, creed, clan, etc. living in Bengaluru.
