Jugeshwar Waikhwa *
Oh! Lord
Why is man forced to act helplessly?
None can refrain a moment from doing something.
And, if I do sleep at the bottom of the sea
What may happen one hundred years afters?
False memory! unhand me and
Pull not to fall down in the material pool.
Rivers of illusions and desires
Though entered in the sea remain as usual.
Where there's rain buds are there,
And where there are lusts, fraud and anger
There's no love, no peace with His sweet smells of flowers.
Oh! lust, a moment when thou movest with passions
Every man falls down from the door of Heaven to hell.
The great men and yogies do rise up early in the morning
While others are sleeping, and they sleep while others rise up.
Darkness! lies in the forests, caves and,
Hides in the hearts of mankind
Folded as a smallest Atom to pull down in the hell.
