Ukhrul, August 30 2009: Unidentified miscreants have triggered a blast at the gate of the residence of Konsam Premkumar (48), an EE of the PWD NH-I Division, located at Thangmeiband Meisnam Leikai under Lamphel Police Station in Imphal West this evening around 7.15 .

No casualty has been reported.
