Imphal, December 27 2008: THE UNIDENTIFIED death bodies, which were shot dead in an encounter with a combined force of Imphal West district commandos and 23 AR at Isikha, has beed disposed off today after post mortem.

It may be recalled that police had recovered two pistol, two hand grenade and some live rounds from the two death bodies.

On the other hand, the unidentified death body, which was shot dead in an encounter with Imphal West District Commandos, at Kameng Yengaobung will be disposed off on December 29 as unclaimed.

Police had planned to dispose the body today but the scheduled has been changed due to some inconvenience of the Imphal Municipal Council.
