Imphal, May 20 2009: Army have also safely detonated another IED which was found planted at Ningthoukhong along Imphal-Churachandpur Road (National Highway 150) today morning.

The IED was laying near a toll tax booth located close to Ningthoukhong bridge in Bishnupur district was detected by the early morning walkers.

An IED had also been recovered from Torbung along the same Imphal-Churachandpur yesterday.

At the time of detonating the explosive by the bomb experts of 4/8 GR, traffic along the road had been diverted for sometime.
