Imphal, January 18 2009: Regional Council members, WTR of GPRN in its emergency meeting held yesterday have condemned in the strongest term the bomb explosion at Wino Bazar, in the heart of Ukhrul town on January 16 at around 7.10 pm.

The NSCN (IM) as a signatory to the Geneva Call Deed of Commitment, further reiterated that such act of terrorism has no place in 'Nagalim'.
