Imphal, February 12 2009: The relay hunger strike launched by the Sharmila Kanba Lup, in support of Sharmila and her cause, has completed 65 days today.

The relay hunger strike was joined today by around 200 womenfolk at the PDA Complex, Porompat drawn from members of various organisations including Thabalkhong Sabal Leikai, Kongpal, Nupi Samaj and Social Welfare, Angomthong, Porompat Khetri Leikai, Kongpal Chanam Leikai.
