Imphal, October 04: One out of two individuals slain in the shoot-out with troops of 29 Assam Rifles on September in Chellep village area of Tengnoupal sub-division in Chandel district has been identified as one Moirangthem Romesh alias Momocha (22) s/o (L) M Gouramohan of Kakching Wairi Khullakpam Leikai.

Romesh, whose corpse is still at RIMS morgue, was a PREPAK cadre, said reliable source while adding that the victim is yet to be identified.
