Imphal, January 18 2009: Local people of Uripok Gopalji Leirak staged a protest demonstration at their locality against the grenade attack at the residence of PWD Imphal West Division EE Irengbam Loken last night by some unidentified persons.

One MR personnel on guard duty at the residence of the EE sustained injury in the attack.
