Imphal, December 01 2009: Body of the individual slain by troops of 29 AR at Wangphulok area under Tengnoupal police station of Chandel district on nov 19 morning, will be disposed tomorrow in case the corpse is not identified or claimed.

A police statement conveyed that the corpse of the deceased person is still at RIMS morgue as an 'unidentified/unclaimed body'.

It may be noted that PRO IGAR (S) had claimed of the AR troops recovering one 9 mm pistol, a magazine and four live rounds from the possession of the deceased person, from whom a diary enlisted as Lamjing alias Naresh was also found.
