Imphal, May 31 2009: Delhi Association of Manipur Muslim Students (DAMMS) staged a sit-in-protest at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi against the killing of Prof Islamuddin.

Nearly 300 members of the association took part in the agitation.

The association also condemned the silence of the VC of MU on the killing.

The agitators urged the Central and State Government to take up appropriate action to book the culprits.
