Imphal, October 26 2008: Condemning the Ragailong blast, which killed 17 persons and injured more than 30, the Working Committee of the Apunba Lup said that the incident could not be rated as a mission of a powerful group carried out under an abstract thought but a handy work of weak and half-witted group.

The Lup asked whether the lives of civilian population are safe in the State when the heavily guarded Chief Minister's bungalow could be under attack.

The body further asked whether such incidents are the examples of better law and order situation, which is claimed by the CM and his Ministers.
