Imphal, December 12 2009: The proscribed has claimed its hand in the attack targeting one Parmot Singh at his Chingmeirong residence recently.

A press release issued by Tabungba Meitei of the outfit's information and public relations department said that the restrictions imposed against PWD EE Mohori of Khurai Chaithabi Leirak has been relaxed following an understanding.

The outfit further accused Registrar of Manipur Nursing Council Khangenbam Bimola and Deputy Registrar Vungjanem Vaite of indulging in corruption.
