Imphal, November 18 2009: Refuting the charges of factionalism and miscommunication among its cadres, KCP (MC) Lamyanba Khuman group has asserted that the true character of KLO/KLA and its relation with Army is something that needs no further explanation and Thangboi was punished for his own crimes.

In a statement, information and publicity secretary of the outfit Puranthaba also charged the EE Ibopishak of LDA with partiality in awarding works for clearing phumdis from Loktak lake and announced imposition of restriction on the activities of the EE including issuing of cheques.
