Imphal, July 07 2009: A non local migrant worker was shot at by unidentified armed persons at Wangjing in Thoubal district late evening today.

According to police report, the victim identified as Md Kalaudin (24) s.o Rasiudin of Silchar, Assam but goes around selling bakery products in Wangbal area was shot at by unidentified gunmen at around 8.15 pm.

He sustained two bullet injuries on his chest.

Thoubal District Police Commandos have evacuated him to RIMS Hospital for treatment.
