Imphal, May 23 2009: Claiming the bomb attack at the Khurai Konsam Leikai residence one Laitonjam Pishak on May 21 night, the proscribed KCP contended that the blast carried out by demo team under the outfit's fundraiser Malemnganba was the second reminder/warning as the fertilizer agent had been reluctant to honour proposals of the armed outfit.

In a statement issued by its information and public relation department in-charge Tabungba Meitei, the KCP described Pishak as an individual who had been ignoring and defying intimations of the outfit while adding that the next action of the outfit would be even more disastrous.

KCP also contended that all activities of officials of the PHED and MOBC are under its intense scrutiny.
