Imphal, February 20 2009: Kasom Khullen Sub-Division Development Association and Kasom Khullen Sub-Division Students' Association said that the decision of the State Government to suspend Ukhrul DC and SP in connection with the killing of SDO Th Kishan and his subordinate staff Rajen and Token is right.

Expressing gratitude to the Chief Minister for the initiating such prompt actions, the bodies further urged the State Government not to allow the DC to leave Manipur until the culprits involved in the killing are booked.
