Imphal, February 19 2009: The residence of the bereaved family of Dr Thingnam Kishan was attacked with tear gas shells and rubber bullets at about 8 pm today.

A team of police commandos who came in two bullet proof Gypsys fired several rounds of tear gas shells and rubber bullets at the house of Dr Thingnam Kishan at Nagamapal Kangjabi Leirak.

Roshan, younger brother of late Dr Thingnam Kishan, sustained injury in the rubber bullet and tear gas shell firing.

He was hit by a rubber bullet on the left arm.
