Imphal, November 16 2008: The proscribed KCP has claimed that it was responsible for the grenade attack at the BTS Tower of service provider Aircel at Wangkheimayum Leirak yesterday at about 6.30 pm.

In a statement, self styled chief project officer cum secretary, information and public relations department, Ibungo Ngangom said that the attack was carried out as the service provider has been acting against the interest of the outfit and warned that stern action would be taken up if it continues indulging in anti-revolutionary acts.
