Imphal, February 12 2009: A PULF activist named Md Ibungo @ Zulfikar (28) of Kshetrigao Yangbee, who sustained serious injuries when another PULF activist shot him on February 10, has succumbed to his injuries at RIMS Hospital early this morning.

Before he died, he reportedly divulged the name of the assailant of Ex-Pradhan Bashirjan Bibi and GP Member Kiyamuddin as one Md Khardin (56) from Mayang Imphal Heibong Makhong.

He also revealed that he was also shot by the same man.
