Imphal, February 07 2010: Local people of Sagolband Meino Leirak were frightened when a security personnel (MR/IRB) opened fire at the residential gate of MACS Project Director (Technical) Dr Kh Pramodkumar at about noon today.

It is reported that the security personnel was guarding the residence of Dr Pramodkumar.

The security personnel apparently in inebriated condition came out at the residential gate and fired around four rounds in the air frightening the local people.

The errant personnel was dragged in by other security personnel.
