Imphal, January 07 2009: The proscribed KCP has condoled the demise of one of its leaders, Kokai alias AK Shyamsunder who was shot dead by a combined security force on December 30.In a joint statement signed by Lamphel Luwangcha, City Meitei and KK Nganba, the outfit said that he was killed while trying to work out a model for the unification of the outfit.

KCP also shares the grief and pain of the bereaved family members, added the statement.
