Imphal, February 22, 2010: The Naharol Welfare Club (NWC), Kangabam Leikai Apunba Nupi Lup (KLANL) and the Kangabam Leikai Development Committee (KADCO) have strongly condemned the indiscriminate firing by unidentified gunmen on February 21 at the residence of Oinam Jibon at Kangabam Leikai.

In a joint press release, the local bodies appealed to all concerned to sit together and sort out the differences and bring an amicable as well as everlasting solution.
