Imphal, February 01 2010: One of the two persons who were killed in an alleged encounter with Thoubal district police commandos at about 4 am yesterday has been identified as one RK Dinachandra (20) of Naoremthong Shamushang.

He was identfied by his family members today.

The body has been taken away by the family after post mortem.

The other body is yet to be identified.
