Imphal, June 23 2009: The Loumee Shinmee Chaokhat Khongthang Lup today expressed strong condemnation to the bomb attack at the house of executive engineer K Manoranjan of state Agriculture department last night by some supected militants.

It urged all concerns to stop such kind of activities which amount to cause panic and disturbances to the officers of the department and bring amicable solution by way of talk if there erupted any misunderstanding.
