Imphal, November 03 2009: As a part of Festival of Hope, Justice and Peace, a musical concert of songs written by the Irom Sharmila, the woman who has been fasting demanding repeal of the AFSPA act was held at MDU hall.

The concert "Kaisumsungi Rani" was organized by Just Peace Foundation, a body of lyrics, singers and film makers to mark the nine year completion of fasting of Sharmila since the massacre of 10 civilian by the Assam Rifles troopers nine year back in November 2 .

In the concert, popular singers of state presented songs written by Sharmila to the gathering.
