Imphal, August 25 2009: The identity of the slain suspected underground killed by a combined force of 4/8 Gorkha Rifles and Bishnupur police commandos yesterday in what they said in encounter has been established as Yumnam Kumarjit alias Peter (18) son of Nipamach of Irom Meijarou.

Even though police claimed killed him in encounter and as underground activist, family denied it and said he was killed after rounded up.

Stating that the clue behind the incident will be examined, the dead body is keeping at RIMS morgue without claiming.
