Imphal, November 12 2009: A PULF suspect gunned down in a reported encounter with security forces last night around 9.05 at a place between Thoubal Moijing and Ningombam under Thoubal police station has been identified to be Md.Riyasadh (22), son of Md.Abdul Hasim of Yairipok Changam.

He was said to be waiting the fixing of his marriage date.

Family members deny the deceased having relations with any underground group.

He owned and run as shop at Yairipok Yambem Keithel.

He left his house yesterday around 10am to get stock of his store.

The dead body has been handed over to the family after conducting post-mortem at Lilong PHC today.
