Imphal, October 24 2009: Locals of Keishampat Thokchom Leikai, Imphal today staged sit-in protest registering a strong denounce to the bomb attack at the house of former survey officer of settlement department, Thokchom Budhachandra.

At least two persons injured in the bomb blast at the front courtyard of Budhachandra yesterday evening at about 6.20 pm.

Placards with "Stop allegation after victimization, We condemned the grenade attack and stop barbaric attack on residential area" were displayed at the protest site.
