Imphal, June 22 2009: Two days after the hand grenade attack at the house of the deputy director of agriculture on June 20 night, another bomb took placed at a house of agricultural officer at Kwakeithel Konjeng Leikai tonight at around 7.20 pm.

The hand grenade exploded near the front structure (Sangoi) of the AO and no casualty reported to the members of the house.

In the meantime, Imphal east police have apprehended two activists of Kuki Liberation Army (KRA) from Lamlong Bazar yesterday evening at around 3.20 pm.

A statement of the SP, Imphal east Th Radheshyam identified the two activists as Henkholian Haokip alias Lelian (25) son of Nesei Haokpi of Nongmaiching Terakhong and Mankhothang Khongsai alias Makhon (34) son of Haokholet Khongsai of New Boljang village.
