Imphal, January 22 2010: A dead body of unknown person, aged about 37, was found lying near Sharma Optical, BT Road on January 18 around 6.30am, according to a statement issued by the OC of City Police.

The dead body is deposited at RIMS Morgue for identification.

It further informed that the dead body will be disposed off in case no claim is made by 1pm of January 23 .
