Imphal, November 10 2009: The dead body of the escort commander of MLA V Hangkhanlian, a Havildar of 1st IRB who was killed by fellow IRB men on November 8 remains at RIMS morgue as family did not turn up to claim the dead body.

Meanwhile, the dead body of a suspected underground, who was reportedly killed in an encounter with the 29AR at a place under Tengnoupal police station in Chandel district on November 7, has been lying at the RIMS morgue unidentified.
