Imphal, January 27 2009: THE ZILLAI (Vaiphei Students' Association) today has expressed condemnation to its strongest term to the barbaric and fatal assault on Sangboi Vaiphei son of Lamkhawsat Vaiphei of Rengkai, Churachandpur by the Churachandpur police on January 21 last which the students body alleged the reason behind his dead on January was behind it.
