Imphal, November 06 2009: A sit in demonstration decrying the bomb blast incident at Sega road near the Matamgi Yakairol office building on November 3 last was staged today by the womenfolk of the Sega road.

The sit-in protest staged under the aegis of the Thouda Babhok Leikai Women Development Society commenced from 10 am and went on till 3 pm.

Slogans like "Blasting near the newspaper office is the terrorist act of headless people, we want peace, no bomb, don't make people angry, grenade not toy, we condemn bomb attack� etc.
