Imphal, February 06 2010: The identity of the UG suspect killed in a reported encounter with troops of 28 AR at Kyamgei Takhok Palli under Irilbung police station in Imphal East district on February 3 could not be established till date.

In case no one comes forward to claim the corpse by tomorrow (February 7), it would be disposed off according to law, said a press release issued by Irilbung police.

The deceased currently kept in RIMS mortuary appears to be around 25-30 years of age.
