Imphal, January 30 2009: Expressing concern over the incident of brutal rape and murder of one Lamkhothing Mate of Moreh ward number nine inside her own pan shop on January 22, United Committee Manipur (UCM) condemned the inhuman act.

While appealing the social organisations of the border town to keep vigil of such immoral individuals, UCM urged the State Government to punish the culprit.
