Imphal, June 29 2009: An explosive, planted by suspected PULF (MI) activists, inside the campus of Kombirei English School, Phundrei in Thoubal district was neutralised this morning around 8.25 by the 34th AR personnel.

According to a report, the bomb was found early this morning around 5.30 inside the school campus.

A public meeting, attended by MLA M Hemanta, which was held in connection with the incident, urged the PULF (MI) to withdraw its monetary demand to the school, the report said.
