Imphal, June 01 2009: Around 70 members of the Kharam Thadoi Meira Paibi and Heirangoithong Makha Maibam Leikai Meira Paibi today participated in the relay hunger strike of the Sharmila Kanba Lup (SAKAL) with the slogan "Repeal AFSPA, Save Sharmila" at the PDA complex, Porompat on its 191st day.

Another 60 members of the Wangjing Wangkhei Sukham Leikai also staged at the relay hunger strike at Thoubal today on the same matter, stated a release issued by the Co-convener of SAKAL, T Sana.
