Imphal, July 24 2009: Lt Col Hopeson Ningshen of the NSCN (IM), the main accused in the killing of SDO Kasom Khullen Dr Th Kisan and his two sub-ordinate staff, has been sent to Tihar jail today.

The CBI had arrested Hopeson Ningshen and confined the accused in the custody of the CBI for interrogation.
