Imphal, April 20 2009: Unidentified persons attacked at the residence of a Congress worker at Kairang under Heingang police station today.

According to police sources, unidentified persons fired several rounds at the residence of Md Nur Zaman at about 8.45 pm.

However, there was no human casualty in the attack.

But according to information received, the attack was at the residence of Khomidok Kairang Zilla Parishad member Ajani Begum w/o Md Deepak.
