Imphal, February 17, 2010: SDO Dr Th Kishan, his driver A Rajen and mandol of his office at Kasom Khullen, Y Token, victims of cadres of NSCN (IM) in Ukhrul district, were remembered today on their first death anniversary.

On the occasion, families of the deceases, relatives and well-wishers paid floral tributes to the photographs of the trio at the observation function held at Gandhi Ghat, Uripok Machin today.
