Imphal, January 11 2009: The relay hunger strike launched by the Sharmila Kanba Lup at the PDA complex at Porompat in a bid to save the life of the hunger striker reached the 33rd day mark today.

Hundred and fifty members of the Leimarol Lamjikol took part in the fast today.

The relay hunger strike started from December 10 last year.
