Imphal, March 08 2009: JAC of Top Moirangkampu Ningthou area in a meeting convened today condemned the knife assault to the family members of Ayekpam Ningthourel Singh on February 27 by some persons identified themselves as members of KCP (KK Nganba).

The unidentified persons attacked with knife as the victim family refused their monetary demand.

The JAC warned that it would initiate agitation if the concerned group does not clarify regarding the incident by March 11.The JAC also decided to man to victim family.
