Imphal, November 05 2009: While condemning the incident of killing its member (Card no.4187) Md Kalam Sheikh, All Manipur Rickshaw Drivers and Pullers Welfare Association has deman-ded reason behind the cruel act.

Md Kalam was found shot dead by unidentified gunmen near Govt Ideal Blind School, Takyel SAI Complex under Lamphel PS at around 8.25 am on November 2 .
