Imphal, November 29 2009: The proscribed KCP (MC) has belittled the claim about the arrest of some cadres involved in the abortive car bomb attempt inside Raj Bhavan complex.

A press release issued by the outfit's military affairs secretary Lanheiba Meitei recalled that security forces made a similar ridiculous claim about his arrest from Aizawl some months back.

All activities undertaken by KFL were carried out after the party's central security council approved it.

Under the same principle, the plan for planting car bomb inside Raj Bhavan was known to only the chief of central security council and a selected commander of the KFL.

The claim of some individuals about their involvement in planting the car bomb only exposed their inability to identify themselves, the outfit asserted.

Other than chief of central finance Lanchenba Meitei, there is no functionary in the party's finance section.

Observing that the race of factionalism within and among insurgent groups have been accelerating, the outfit noted nondescript armed groups capable of extortion and intimidation of the people have started donning the roles of insurgents.

But these groups can command only a handful of people.

Sharing its happiness over peaceful celebration of Idul Zuha, the KCP-MC said that the party also celebrated Idul Zuha within and outside Manipur.

On the occasion, the outfit also discussed with leaders of Meitei Pangal community to build up collective strength of united Kangleipak.

It would be impposible for revolutionaries to force people at gun point to stand against the alien people.

Nor it would be possible to teach the people because people do not believe in the revolutionary movement.

Under such circumstances, it needs some courageous leaders who have studied and understood the revolutionary movement in order to save the movement which is on the verge of total collapse, the outfit asserted.

It's time to launch a revolutionary movement in the right course together with the people after identifying the flaws and loopholes which have been impairing the existing movement, it asserted while calling upon the people to be cautious against falling into the conspiracies of adversary forces.
