Imphal, April 08 2009: The bomb attack at the Wangkhei Block Congress Committee office last night was a clear demonstration that the KCP (MC) has been making all out efforts to teach the Congress party a lesson, said the banned outfit's military affairs secretary Lanheiba Meitei in a press release.

Claiming that the outfit can plants even under the beds of the Chief Minister and the Governor only if it would not cause casualty to people, the outfit appealed to the people to be careful considering the existing conflict with the ruling Congress party and also to vote judiciously.

The party would investigate minutely and initiate actions against all those involved in supplying food and water to security forces as well as those selling articles to security personnel at markets.

Particularly, supply of chicken and vegetables to security personnel should be stopped immediately, it demanded.

The outfit further demanded that all non-local people should inform the party about their professions/trades and the number of their family members as well as their addresses.

It also condoled the demise of KFL's Sgt Maj Mairenbam Kiran Meitei alias Chinglen of Moirang Khunou.

It alleged that Kiran was pulled up by security personnel from the Tuibong home of the commander-in-chief of the United Komrem Revolutionary Army which was on rent in the intervening night of April 5 and 6 .
